Report a bug

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you think that Driver Easy is not acting right, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know. You’ll get 3 individual license keys, each can be used on 3 different PCs.

We highly recommend you report the bug to us using the Feedback tool in Driver Easy. This will help us identify the issue more quickly.

    1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
    2) Type "cmd" and click OK to open Command Prompt.
    3) Select and copy the first line (Microsoft Windows [Version ***...]).
